Return and refund policy

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order if they change their mind or no longer want the product. The 14-day period begins on the day you, or a third party you nominate, receives the last item in your order.

To withdraw, use the "Cancel or return an order" link in the footer of our website and sign in to your account. You can cancel any item that has not yet been fulfilled and request a return on any item that has been delivered within the withdrawal period. You will receive a confirmation of your request by email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must be returned in accordance with applicable law and our return instructions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order cancellations
You may request cancellation of your order before it has been fulfilled.

Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled. You may still request a return in accordance with the return terms.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
